1. General Shipping Information
1.1. We ship orders within India only. 1.2. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. 1.3. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. 1.4. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1. Standard Delivery:
Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days for most locations in India.
Remote or non-metropolitan areas may require additional delivery time. 2.2. Express Delivery:
Express delivery is available for select locations at an additional cost.
Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. 2.3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1. Free Delivery:
Orders above ₹500 qualify for free standard shipping. 3.2. Flat Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable for orders below ₹500. 3.3. Additional charges may apply for express delivery, depending on the shipping location and package weight.
4. Order Processing
4.1. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. 4.2. For prepaid orders, dispatch begins once payment has been successfully received. 4.3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification may be required prior to processing.
5. Tracking Your Order
5.1. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. 5.2. You can track your order on the courier service provider’s website using the tracking ID. 5.3. In case of delays, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you.
6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders
6.1. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. 6.2. In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package. 6.3. If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm the address or issue a refund, excluding the shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
7.1. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. 7.2. For missing items, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. 7.3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after investigating the issue.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside India. We are working on expanding our services and will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.
